1. Do you accept private health insurance?
Yes, we accept most major health funds and can process claims on the spot via HICAPS. If your cover is higher than our fees, you may have no out-of-pocket cost.
2. How much is a check-up and clean?
Fees vary depending on your needs. We’re happy to provide an estimate before your visit.
3. Do you have weekend appointments?
Yes, we offer limited weekend spots. From 1 June 2026, a minimum fee of $199 applies for check-up and clean on weekends. If your health fund covers more than this, there’s no gap.
4. What should I expect at my first visit?
A thorough check-up, any necessary X-rays, and a clear explanation of your oral health and treatment options—no pressure.
5. Do you see emergency patients?
Yes—we prioritise dental emergencies and will try to see you as soon as possible. Please call us straight away if you’re in pain.
6. I’m nervous about seeing the dentist—can you help?
Of course. Just let us know—we take a gentle, understanding approach and go at your pace.
8. Is treatment painful?
We use modern anaesthetics and gentle techniques to minimise discomfort. Let us know if you’re anxious—we can make your visit as comfortable as possible.
9. Can I get a treatment estimate before starting?
Yes! We provide clear quotes for all treatments before you start so there are no surprises.
10. What’s your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the spot to someone else. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
11. What should I bring?
Your health fund card, ID, and any relevant medical info or medication list.
